Promoting Music Education and Cultural Heritage | 18–21 December 2025, Dum Dum
Bharati Kala Research and Training Council (BKRTC), in collaboration with the Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre (EZCC), Ministry of Culture, Government of India, successfully organized a Music Workshop from 18th to 21st December 2025.

The workshop was held at Radhakanta Nandy Smriti Mancha, Motijheel, Dum Dum, and saw the participation of more than 60 children, learners, and teachers. The program focused on developing musical skills, understanding rhythm and melody, and fostering appreciation for Indian music and cultural traditions.
Experienced instructors conducted structured training sessions, encouraging creativity, discipline, and confidence among participants. The workshop played an important role in nurturing young talent and strengthening cultural awareness at the grassroots level.
This initiative reflects BKRTC’s commitment to promoting art and culture in alignment with the objectives of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. BKRTC will continue to organize such cultural and educational programs to support artists, students, and cultural institutions across the country.
